Mud Fight

Last night before dinner the kids (all three of them) played in the little splash pool and sprinklers. They love playing in the sprinklers! Sometimes they come up with an obstacle course all over the yard. Last night it even included petting the neighbor's dog, Titus.

However, just as I came out to "ring the dinner bell" the following chaos ensued.

So, dinner was about 15 minutes later than I had planned, but hey, you're only a kid once, right?

And by the way, I did get chased by my son who had a huge clump of mud in his hand ready to throw at me. He laughed with delight to hear me shriek and run away from him.
